Due to Covid-19 we are in a period of uncertainty, which can also have a great impact on your holiday. To make it as easy and clear as possible for you as a guest, we have listed the most important information for you. 

Special cancellation conditions during COVID

  1. Up to 4 weeks before arrival 100% refund of the total costs
  2. Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50% refund of the total costs or 100% voucher for low season*
  3. Within 2 weeks before arrival voucher 0% refund or 50% voucher of the total cost for a new reservation in low season*

The reservation costs will be deducted from the surcharges in this case
*Low season is November 01 to December 15 and January 01 to April 01

Travelling to the Netherlands is allowed. However, countries often ask for a certificate of vaccination or a negative test result. Or proof that you have recovered from corona. Keep this in mind when travelling to the Netherlands or back to your home destination. 

At the end of your holiday, you can easily request a test. For a PCR or antigen test you can make an appointment online via 

 Does the country you are travelling to require a PCR test? Then you can make the appointment through the same link. You will receive the test result within 24 hours after you have been tested. The nearest test locations are Terneuzen, Vlissingen and Middelburg.If you haven't yet been to the ‘overkant’ (as we call Vlissingen and Middelburg in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen), you can combine your test with a trip on the Ferry and a nice day out in Vlissingen.
